HISAC has provided a template for stakeholders who would like us to provide feedback regarding the alignment of their proposed initiative against the goals and objectives of the Health Information Strategy for New Zealand 2005 (HIS-NZ).
This information will also be used to inform HISAC and the Minister of Health of progress in the sector and is a prerequisite for HISAC's formal support, funding assistance, and sectorwide HIS-NZ promotion.
More detailed project documentation including your Project Charter or Business Case and project cost estimates and/or quotations should also be attached and all documents sent to PO Box 5013 Wellington or emailed to
